“Clumsiness” that leads to falls during pregnancy should be avoided for obvious reasons. Loosened joints and slower reflexes can make what would have been a small stumble, a larger ordeal. When walking on slippery surfaces, moving through a sea of toddler toys or in the shower, take it easy. Getting from point A to point B during pregnancy should not be a race!
